Four Kings has confirmed two roster swaps in the Counter-Strike squad.
The Finnish squad had its official debut under the 4Kings organisation at the local World Cyber Games qualifier, where it finished in third place, behind roccat and Soltec.
4Kings has decided to part company with two of its players, Joona "natu" Leppänen and Tomi "toomi" Lundahn, following the poor WCG qualifier campaign.
According to the official press release, Leppänen "was not compatible with the current team makeup", while Lundahn decided that he did not have enough time to continue playing Counter-Strike at this level.
"It's sad to see toomi and natu leave as they've worked hard for the team since they joined," said 4Kings manager Ian "Javax" Leckey.
"This session within 4Kings didn't quite work out for natu it's sad to say, but we wish him and toomi the best of luck in the future."
These departures have paved the way for the additions of Otto "danzer" Dimitrow and Jirka "JiGetus" Ryhti to go ahead. The pair represented Elukkaveljekset Gaming Club at the WCG qualifier, helping the team finish in fourth place in the competition.
"The additions of danzer and jigetus will help fuel the motivation ten-fold," Leckey noted. "They have the drive and enthusiasm that seasoned pro players sometimes lack, and of course the skill to help establish themselves and the team itself as a reckoning force within Finnish and European Counter-Strike."
Four Kings has now the following team:
Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen
Matti "SPIKEONE" Jarvinen
Janne "Kuppi" Kuparinen
Otto "danzer" Dimitrow
Jirka "JiGetus" Ryhti
